Where are you located?

We are based in Montreal, Canada.

We are currently working on opening an exhibition office to accept pre-booked visits.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Are you affiliated with any brands?

Sartoriale Straps is an independent entity and is not authorized, endorsed, sponsored, associated with, or affiliated with Omega SA, Rolex SA, Breitling SA, IWC International Watch Co, Tudor Watch SA, Seiko Watch Corporation, TAG Heuer Brand of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA, Citizen Watch Co or any other brands. The brands of the products we provide are not linked to Sartoriale, and their respective brand names are the trademarks of their owners. Sartoriale Straps specializes in offering third-party watch straps tailored for use with your personal watches.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, Sartoriale Gift Cards are available to purchase online. Our gift cards are sold as unique digital codes (we do not ship physical gift cards) that can be used as payment for orders placed on our online store. When you purchase a gift card, you can email the code to your recipient or to yourself. Sartoriale Gift Cards never expire and are non-refundable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for Canada & USA.

Where is my order being sent from?

All of orders are sent from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. Shipment will take place 0-3 days after receipt of payment.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, we can change your shipping address and method if your order has not been shipped. Please let us know at sartoriale.world@gmail.com as soon as possible.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery Times:

  • UNITED STATES: 1-4 Days*
  • EUROPE: 2-6 Days*
  • ASIA: 2-6 Days*

Will I have to pay duties on my international order?

Purchases outside of North America might be subject to customs duties and import taxes, determined by your local customs agency. To obtain further details, kindly reach out to your local customs office. Sartoriale Straps assumes no liability for duties and import tax payments.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

What is your return and cancellation policy?

All items in original, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund to be issued back to the original payment method. Returns must be initiated within the 14 days return period. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at sartoriale.world@gmail.com and we will help you.

Please note that Sartoriale Straps does not cover the shipping costs for the return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for safe shipping to our office.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we will issue you a full refund including the shipping costs. If your order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package back to us. Please contact us at sartoriale.world@gmail.com for a return.

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

Where should I ship my return?

Please contact us at sartoriale.world@gmail.com for a return authorization before shipping any returns.

We will provide you with all the information once the return is approved.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected your returned items. This process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
